Conditions of Competition
1.Maximum Handicap Index permitted = 26.0 for Boys and girls
2.All competitors must hold an official club handicap
3. Open to Boys & Girls aged over 12 and into their 18th year (Competitors can be younger IF they have a Handicap Index of below 15.0).
4. The competition shall be played in accordance with the Rules of Golf as approved by the R & A.
5. GDPR: We will only use your details to correspond with you regarding our Open Competitions and will never pass them on to any third parties. You may unsubscribe at any time by sending us an email request.
6.No competitor may receive more than one main prize.
7.No refund of entry money after the draw has been made. Substitutes may be permitted on the day but, must produce a handicap certificate or advise CDH number.
8.All entries accepted on a 'first come first served' basis. Entries close Monday 17th August 2026 (or earlier if oversubscribed)
9.No caddies permitted.
10.The Committee's decision in all matters is final
